For many clinicians, August feels like a second New Year.
The slower pace of summer is behind us. Schedules begin to fill, clients return from vacations, and before we know it, we find ourselves doing what we’ve always done. Days become busy, weeks go by quickly, and it’s easy to slip into cruise control.
Before that happens, I want to invite you to pause for just a moment.
Ask yourself:
What kind of clinician do I want to become this year?
How do I want my practice to look?
Most of us spend our careers learning new modalities and collecting new tools. Those are important. But I also believe that growth comes from being willing to stretch ourselves, step outside our comfort zone, and continue becoming the best version of who we are.
Maybe this is the year you add coaching to your practice.
Not because you want to stop doing therapy, but because there are so many people who don’t need therapy—they need guidance, accountability, emotional literacy, and someone to help them move toward the life they want.
Coaching allows you to help people in a different way while expanding your impact and creating new opportunities for your practice.
Our next Triumph Steps® Transformative Coach Certification begins September 30.
If you’ve been thinking about adding coaching, growing your practice, or simply investing in yourself, maybe this is your season.
Here’s to expanding your comfort zone, growing with intention, and celebrating many triumphs along the way.
