Te Amo Foundation Yoga Event

August 9, 2025

Last Saturday , I was invited by the Te Amo Foundation to lead the gratitude portion of their incredible yoga event, beautifully organized by Valentina Elena V.. 🌸

Even with rain in the forecast, a wonderful group came together—proving that when hearts are committed, no cloud can dim the light of connection.

Gratitude is the sunshine that breaks through any storm. Today, the sky may have been gray, but the energy, commitment, and joy created a brightness all its own. 💛

Here’s to choosing gratitude no matter the forecast—because what we’re grateful for multiplies.

Training at KCBS Advance Academy

August 04, 2025

Yesterday I did an incredible training at KCBS Advance Academy! 💫

A special thank you to the visionary leader Leticia Nieves—because of her initiative and open-minded leadership, I became a vendor for Osceola County Public Schools. 🙏

I’m always inspired by educators who think outside the box—leaders who recognize that emotional literacy isn’t an extra, it’s essential. When we equip teachers with the tools to care for their own emotional well-being, we create the foundation for happier classrooms, stronger connections, and more resilient students. 💛

Looking forward to the possibility of bringing Triumph Steps®️ to all the students. This is just the beginning!

The Completion of Students at Miami-Dade College

July 26, 2025

We are proud to celebrate our 7th year partnering with @mdcollege CSI Summer Camp, funded by @thechildrenstrust 🎉

Today was the completion of the camp and students shared their insights and reflections during today’s presentations. Some spoke about the power of repetion and neuroplasticity, others shared how “life is a boomerang— be prepared to welcome what you give.” Many highlighted the importance of overcoming fear and surrounding themselves with the right people to achieve true triumph.

A huge thank you to @nic_918 for leading yet another phenomenal summer camp experience, equipping these students with tools for emotional resilience and personal growth.

Thank you Jose Suarez for working hard at recruiting so many wonderful students!

Here’s to another year of inspiring the next generation to triumph! 🌟

Beach Gratitude

May 30, 2025

This morning, as the sun rose over Key Biscayne, I joined a beautiful circle of souls for a moment of shared stillness, breath, and gratitude.

Beach Gratitude reminded me how healing it is to pause—to listen to the waves, feel the earth beneath us, and simply be. In a world that moves fast and demands more, this gathering was a gentle act of resistance. A way of saying: I choose presence. I choose peace.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts. May we carry the calm, the connection, and the gratitude into the days ahead.

Reconnecting & Supporting Mental Wellness CLE event

May 29, 2025

I had the honor of presenting at the “Reconnecting & Supporting Mental Wellness” CLE event hosted by the Colombian American Bar Association, and I’m still feeling deeply grateful for the experience.

Guiding fellow legal professionals through a moment of pause—of reflection, meditation, and visualization—reminded me how essential it is that we make space for our own emotional well-being. In a field that often demands so much of us, it was powerful to witness a room full of colleagues choosing to reconnect with themselves.

Thank you to everyone who attended and participated with open hearts and minds. Your presence reminded me that resilience isn’t just something we build alone—it’s something we practice together.

“Ethical Wellness is Professional Wellness: Ethics, Mental Health, and Life Fulfillment in the Legal Profession”

May 28, 2025

Today I stretched my comfort zone — big time. 😅
Speaking to over 80 lawyers from all over the country in a national CLE! Let’s just say… I was a little intimidated. But more than anything, I was honored. Honored to co-present “Ethical Wellness is Professional Wellness: Ethics, Mental Health, and Life Fulfillment in the Legal Profession” with TRTCLE, and to share tools that can actually help lawyers feel better, live better, and practice better.

Mental wellness is essential for everyone. Especially in high-stakes professions like law. Thank you to everyone who joined us — and thank you TRTCLE for prioritizing this CLE during Mental Health Awareness Month.

When educators prioritize their own well-being, they model resilience and compassion for their students. I’m grateful for the open hearts and thoughtful conversations shared today.

Thank you for the warm welcome and for your commitment to shaping not just minds—but lives.

Department of Medical Education Annual Faculty Retreat at Florida International University

November 15, 2024

On Friday, I had the honor and privilege of presenting the Triumph Steps framework to medical professionals at FIU for the second year in a row.

This time, doctors earned 3 CMEs. Nearly 60 medical professionals received proven and valuable tools for resilience and well-being to better serve their students and patients. Fostering self-awareness improves personal well-being and student and patient care.

Thank you to Dr. Lage for this meaningful invitation and for your leadership bringing emotional literacy to your entire team.
